How much does therapy cost?

Stefanie R. Therapy offers different session rates for Associate and Primary Therapists. Individual sessions range from $100-$250. Couples and Family counseling range from $125-300.

Do you accept insurance?

We don’t take insurance but you can still get reimbursed and we make that an easy process for you! Here’s a general overview of how that works: Like many specialized clinicians, we are an out-of-network provider. We aim to make the insurance process as straightforward as possible by offering to verify your out-of-network benefits during our consultation call and managing the insurance reimbursement on your behalf. Additionally, once your deductible is met, you have the option to pay only your out-of-network copay rate instead of the full fee upfront.

How often do I come for therapy?

We recommend that clients attend a minimum of once a week.

What forms of payment can be used? 

We accept cash, check, credit cards and Venmo. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 2 day/48 hour cancellation policy. Cancelling without 48 hour notice will incur a full session fee.
