It is easy to get stuck in a cycle of anxiety, hopelessness, frustration and/or sadness making your days that much harder. Talking can help you feel in control and allow you to believe in yourself once again.
My job is to help you find your inner strength and foster your self-esteem in areas where it may have been lost. I believe that through understanding and compassion, I can help you find those problematic emotions that can wreak havoc in a world that is already filled with chaos.
Although New York offers many opportunities, it also creates an environment full of competition and perfection. As a result of this fast-paced city, people tend to become more anxious and less mindful.

There are no 'pre-set' solutions to your unique struggles, and I know that. I create a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental environment that allows change to occur.
Along with understanding and warmth, I provide clinically-proven therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and psychodynamic psychotherapy. I find that the combination of these three therapeutic techniques offer the best solutions to my client's presenting issues.
